The preparation phase was used to launch the project and provide all partners with clear guidelines and procedures about their tasks. It characterised the overall course of the project and significantly impacted the project’s general success.
It was crucial that knowledge about processes, specifications, deadlines and obligations, as well as contextual conditions and other influencing factors were clearly outlined from the start.
