In this work package, a multi-day workshop for teacher trainers was developed. It focuses on professional development, mentoring and cross-national perspectives with the goal of strengthening the quality of university teaching. The Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program also offers a tutorial to help teacher trainers assist in-service teachers and trainee teachers who are completing the contemporary teaching modules.
In the course of this work package, tutors (known as multipliers) were nominated to continue the program to ensure its sustainability.
