On 17.09.2021, Andreas Dürrschmidt and Christian Müller from the Chair of Adult Education and Continuing Vocational Education at Dresden University of Technology (TUD) presented at the annual conference of the adult education section of the German Educational Research Association (GERA). The contribution dealt with the topic of sustainability in the context of international educational cooperation. Using CONTESSA and the Train-the-Trainer multiplier program as an example, the presenters highlighted the role of adult education when it comes to creating sustainability in project. Furthermore, TUD discussed the role of teacher educators as well as opportunities and challenges related to their professionalization. Results of this presentation will be published in the conference´s anthology.
