The University of Colombo (UOC) was tasked with translating project materials into Tamil and Sinhalese, integrating ethnic and cultural considerations into the process, implementing evaluations in Sri Lanka and circulating the regional project results. www.cmb.ac.lk
The Paññasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) managed the evaluations for the Cambodian region as well as the continuation of the didactic programs after the completion of the project. Furthermore, PUC employed their extensive knowledge in both e-learning and English-based education. www.puc.edu.kh

The University of Graz was the coordinating institution for this project and therefore in charge of project management, monitoring and supervision.
